Signature Artifact for SPE 370.

This three part series explores the lived Deaf experience through the lens of the Social Model of Disability. Completed in September and October 2025, these artifacts investigate the transition from personal healthcare advocacy to systemic frameworks for corporate linguistic inclusion. By analyzing the structural barriers within medical and professional environments, this work advocates for a shift toward cultural empowerment and accessible leadership.
